Upload or publish
Add JPEG, PNG or WebP photos in the browser, or publish from Lightroom Classic when your catalog is at hand.
Client collaboration for editorial & wedding photographers
One private gallery for the whole review. Upload JPEG, PNG or WebP photos in the browser, share a scoped link, and collect a capped set of client selections. When you enable it, clients can download the exact file you published or ready-to-post social JPEGs.
No client account needed to view or select. Publish from Lightroom Classic when you prefer, or upload straight from the browser.

The workflow
Four clear steps, from the upload to the selected set. Nothing important is left in a message thread.
Add JPEG, PNG or WebP photos in the browser, or publish from Lightroom Classic when your catalog is at hand.
Create a scoped link with an optional expiry, then revoke it from the studio when the review is over.
Clients choose within the cap you set, revisit the set and confirm before submitting. No client account required.
See the selected set in the studio. Enable full-resolution or social JPEG downloads for that link, or leave it preview-only.
Private galleries
Give clients a calm, image-first space instead of another shared folder. Every gallery is private by default, reached through a link you choose to send, and download access is up to you.

Lightroom Classic
KroxFolio publishes from Lightroom Classic into the mapped gallery. Edit and republish: the gallery updates in place, so the same photo keeps its place instead of appearing twice.
One photo stays one photo. A new edit replaces the gallery version.
Add JPEG, PNG or WebP photos from any machine when the catalog is not with you.
Not a two-way sync. Client selections stay in KroxFolio; they are not written back into your Lightroom catalog.
What's included
A clear view of what is ready now and what is still on the roadmap.
No pricing, storage plan or launch date is announced here. Those decisions are not final.
Direct answers
Plain answers about uploads, access, selection limits and downloads.
No. Clients open a private gallery through the link a studio sends. They can view, select and — when you allow it — download without creating an account.
Upload JPEG, PNG or WebP photos directly in the browser, or publish from Lightroom Classic. Browser upload is a first-class path, not a fallback.
Yes. You set the selection cap for the gallery. The gallery keeps that cap, even if a client tries to choose from more than one place at once.
Yes. Share links are scoped and can be revoked from the studio. You can also give a link an expiry date when you create it.
Only what you enable for each link. You can allow full-resolution downloads, social JPEGs, both, or neither. Full resolution is the full published-resolution file — the exact file you published, not a camera RAW file. Social JPEGs preserve the composition at up to 2048 px on the long edge. The centred 1:1, centred 4:5 and centred 9:16 JPEGs are fixed centre crops, not custom crops saved for you. Nothing is upscaled, and the full source file is never changed.
No. Republishing keeps the same photo in the same place. A changed edit replaces the gallery version; it does not add a second copy.
No. The plug-in publishes and republishes into a gallery. Client selections stay in KroxFolio and are not written back into your Lightroom catalog.
Not yet. Client notes pinned to photos, custom crops, revision tracking, print ordering and client-funded AI editing are planned for a later release. This page does not take print orders, payments or AI-edit requests.
A native store app is not announced. Client galleries are designed to work in a mobile browser, so a client can review from a phone without installing anything.
